Let’s get you Out There! I am passionate about training being beneficial for everyone! Young, old, fast, slow, beginner, advanced... We can all accomplish something BIG, even if others think we’re a little “out there”. I will help you win the race, get a PR, get across the finish line, or just impress your friends at the neighborhood run club. We’ll get there together through planning, accountability, and analysis.
About Coach Meredith
Hi, I’m Coach Meredith Hoggatt. I am currently located in Denver, CO though I frequently travel to various races in my Sprinter Van! I am a Navy Veteran and went to school for Mechanical Engineering. In 2025 I will be returning to school to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy!
My athletic pursuits started in the 5th grade when my school started a run club. It was simple - run a mile every day after school for 25 days, and on the last weekend run 1.2 miles ending at the Denver Marathon finish line. In just over a month we had all accomplished a marathon! That period kicked off a love for running and I went on through high school with running as my primary sport. I was initially recruited to run D1 Cross Country at the University of San Diego and experienced a femoral stress fracture early in my Freshman Year. I decided college cross country was not for me. I quickly missed being on a team and competing, so I joined the USD D1 Rowing Team. I advanced from the freshman boat to the Varsity 8+ by my sophomore year. Finally, my rowing career culminated with back-to-back summer invitations to train with and compete for a spot on the US U23 National Team. After graduation, I needed something to continue to give me routine and a competitive outlet, so I bought a bike and competed in my first triathlon. I was hooked, and the rest is history!
